Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Principal's message

Welcome to Coolongolook Public School, a vibrant and supportive small-school community where every student is known and encouraged to grow. Our school is a place of energy and belonging. Students feel safe, respected and confident as they learn each day. Lionel the Lizard helps guide our values to be respectful, safe and switched on, and these values shape the culture we build together.

Our staff work closely with families to create a calm and nurturing learning environment. We hold high expectations and support students to achieve strong results across all areas of their learning. Literacy and numeracy remain central to our work, and we help students develop confidence, resilience and creativity through consistent routines, clear guidance and steady encouragement. Every learner benefits from personal attention, strong relationships and meaningful opportunities to succeed.

Coolongolook Public School is dedicated to providing every student with a supportive and empowering environment to reach their full potential. We foster a love of learning, a love for others and a love of life itself. As principal, I invite you to discover a school where community, purpose and high expectations come together to help every student grow, achieve and succeed.

Mr Jason Tindall, Principal of Coolongolook Public School
